We always do our best to make our customers feel satisfied with their shopping. Exchanges and returns are always available as well as any additional information about the items on your request.
Delivery is provided by Nova Poshta, your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days, after the payment, terms of delivery – 1-2 working days.
Pick-up point in Nova Poshta
You can pick-up your item even in the most distant locations of Ukraine. Shipping around Ukraine is free on the condition of “Warehouse to Warehouse” pattern and pre-paid delivery. In case of cash on delivery, the shipment will be charged. Courier delivery (“Warehouse to Door” pattern) is available on the condition of pre-paid delivery and costs 10 hrn. Your item is kept at the Warehouse of “Nova Poshta” for 5 working days. After this, it will be automatically returned to us, since we are official clients of “Nova Poshta”.
Pick-up from showroom
Pick up from showroom is available by the address: office 218, 4-6, Slovatskoho St., Rivne (Business center “Slovatskyi”)
Overseas delivery is provided by Ukrposhta. The customer can choose the option given when submitting the order. Shipping cost should be included to the price of the order and is paid by the customer. It usually starts from $10, depending on the addressee country as well as shipping option.
After submitting an order, our manager will contact you.
If you have chosen to pay with card, you will receive transaction details. The payment is available within 3 working days since the order has been confirmed. Otherwise, we can’t guarantee the availability of the item at the Warehouse. If you choose this type of payment, the shipping is provided on our cost.
If you have chosen to pay on delivery, the item will be sent after order confirmation. You will pay the shipping cost according to the tariff of “Nova Poshta” at pick-up.
In case you refuse to pick-up on-delivery order, your next orders will be provided only on pre-payment. The cost of previous return will be added to the sum.
In case first and last names of the card holder don’t coincide with the name of the person who submitted the order, you should inform us about this. It will help us to ship your order faster.
If you order the delivery by courier services, check the package integrity, its availability and condition. In case your item has been damaged, you should refuse a parcel and make a claim against a carrier. Inform us about a precedent, tel. (067) 122-04-22.
- You can return the item with the appropriate quality, consumer properties and ready-for-sale condition. The item must be returned new, unused and with all designer garment tags still attached. Shipping cost is paid by the customer.
- You can return the item with the sales receipt within 14 days since its delivery day.
- Note that your refund depends on return method and includes not more than 3 working days from the day it is received by the Seller.
- For return, contact us by phone or e-mail.
- If the item is faulty or wrong, it can be returned with all designer tags and original package.
- In case the item was of low quality, we are eligible to pay the shipping cost for return.
- Note, if the item is non-returnable, it will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Exchange policy is similar to return policy.
